I Day explorer Nam Ha NPA jungle experience 
- Discover the enchanting natural world hidden deep within the primary rainforests of Namha National Protected Area
- Enjoy authentic Lao food prepared by your guides using the natural resources of the jungle
- Explore timeless tribal villages while learning about the minority people and their way of life
- Trek through a part of the Namha NPA on narrow paths, bamboo forests and view the beautiful mountain range
- Take in the beauty of the environment & learn the jungle cooking techniques using bamboo & banana leaves for a delicious Laotian lunch
- Learn how the indigenous people use the resources of the jungle to survive
Morning:
- 8:00 AM: Meet your guide at the P Adventure Laos office and take a mini van to the hiking trail.
- Stop at a local Lao market to pick up supplies.
- 9:00 AM: Begin a 4-5 hour hike through dense rainforest, crossing streams and passing through a mix of cultivated lands and primary forests. Guides will explain the significance of local plants to indigenous communities.
Midday:
- Enjoy a picnic lunch in the jungle, surrounded by tranquil nature.
- Continue hiking under towering old-growth trees, passing through rice paddies, banana plantations, and grassy fields.
Afternoon:
- Visit Nalan Village, a remote Khmu community preserving traditional culture.
- Trek through old-growth forest, ascending to 150m elevation, then descend through lush rainforest.
- Arrive at Ban Chalernsouk Village (Khmu community) and pass by rice storage houses amid paddy fields.
- 5:00 PM: Return by Mini van to P Adventure Laos office in Luang Namtha.
